Ken and his assistant Michael came to give us an estimate and do the work approximately 20 minutes after speaking with them on the phone. No hesitation coming to our home and thoroughly explaining everything he needed to do. They replaced the flashing that seals the chimney against the house. Ken and Michael are both friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend both of them.

Very honest business people, which is hard to find these days. While having my furnace tuned up (by a different company), it was told to me that I should have my chimney cleaned. Therefore, I contacted Fire and Ice to complete this cleaning. After checking my chimney, Fire and Ice told me that it was already perfectly clean and in great shape, so no need for the cleaning. They did not charge me for coming to my house. They also did not complete unnecessary work just to make some money. I appreciate this honesty from respectful businesses. I will call them again for any further needs that they can address for me.
